Trailer Watch: Jodorowsky’s Dune theatrical trailer

Jodorowsky’s Dune is one of the most influential films never made. Its fingerprints are all over so many movies that came after (and were actually produced). If you’re a sci-fi movie fan, you owe it to yourself to check out this trailer.

The Frank Pavich documentary premiered at Cannes last year, to enthusiastic reviews. It finally hits theaters this March.

Trailer Watch: Only God Forgives international trailer

A new international for Nicolas Winding Refn’s Only God Forgives is online. It’s got a little more plot (thin as that plot appears to be) and a kickin’ soundtrack. I’m in.

The film stars Ryan Gosling and hits theaters on July 19th.

Trailer Watch: Nicolas Winding Refn’s Only God Forgives

Refn’s work is a little polarizing, but I loved Drive and Bronson. This seems a bit closer to Bronson than Drive — which is to say that it looks even weird than I expected, but… huh. Only God Forgives stars Ryan Gosling and hits theaters on July 19th.

Trailer Watch: Drive red band trailer

Bronson director Nicolas Winding Refn got the Best director award and a Palm D’Or nomination for Drive at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival, and this trailer makes it pretty easy to see why. An awesome cast (Ryan Gosling, Carey Mulligan, Albert Brooks, Ron Perlman, and Christina Hendricks among them), some really solid stunt driving, and a few dark, dark moments. This looks pretty bad-ass.

Check out the trailer below or head over to IGN for the HD version:

Drive hits theaters on September 16th.
